This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. G. M. Nejfelt of this
office on
October 1-5, 1990 of activities at Palisades Nuclear Generating
Plant authorized by NRC Provisional Operating License No. DRP-20 and to the
discussion of our findings with Mr. R. M. Rice ~nd other members of your staff
at the contlusion of the inspection.
- The inspection was conducte~ to followup on your corrective actions to the
Emergency Operating Procedure inspection 50-255/89019(DRS).
The report
consisted of a selective examination of procedures and repr~sentative records,
observations, and interviews with personn~l .
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this
inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC
Public Document Room.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
