MAR 2 4 1111 The Atomic Energy Coumission has issued Interim Provisional Operating License No. DPR-20 to Consumers Power Company.
The license authorizes fuel loading and operation of the Pal.isades Plant at steady state power levels not in excess of one (1) megawatt therm.al in accordance with the provisions of the license and the Technical Specifications appended thereto.
Copies of the license and a related Federal Register notice are enclosed.
The license has been issued pursuant to an Initial Division of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, a copy of which was sent to you previously.
Two copies of Amendment No. l to Indemnity Agreement No. B-40, which covers the activities authorized *under th~s license, are encl_osed for your review and acceptance.
Please sign and return one copy to this office at your earliest convenience.
