Dear Mr. Johnson:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated July 3, 1990, which addressed the isolation zone and closed circuit television coverage of the plant Security Building which is used for access control purposes.
Our review of this issue consisted of an onsite review by Mr. J. Kniceley of our staff during a recent inspection, and discussions with the NRR/RSGB security plan reviewer for your plant.
We have concluded that an adequate degree of protection exists for the Security Building.
Y6ur next revision to the security plan should address the isolation zone -
and closed circuit television configuration for the Security Building.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission 1s regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
