This is to acknowledge receipt of Revision MRN-EP-90-003 to Section 1, dated May 14, 1990 for the Palisades Nuclear Plant Site Emergency Plan. This revision was received in our office on May 14, 1990.
We have reviewed the changes to the Palisades Nuclear Plant Site Emergency Plan and determined that they are consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
These changes are, therefore, acceptable~
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC 1s Public Document Room.
