By letter dated December 20, 1989, Consumers Power Company (CPCo) responded to NRC Generic Letter 89-10 related to motor-operated valve testing and surveillance~ In that response, CPCo indicated that the Palisades Plant will comply with the schedule and recommendations set forth in Generic Letter 89-10.
