The staff is currently reviewing certain aspects of the proposed joint venture to form the Palisades Generating Company.
A fundamental question has been raised regarding the financial arrangements between the partners.
Depending upon the response, other questions may arise.
Please provide your response to the following question not later than April 20, 1990:
What is the extent of the partners.. financial liability in the event of a contingency requiring finaneial support?
- The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirel}lents of this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance under PL 96-511 is not required.
