CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY CONFIRMATION RELATED TO ACTIONS REQUIRED BY NRC GENERIC LETTER 89-07 (TAC 74705)
By letter dated June 19, 1989, Consumers Power Company (CPCo) responded to NRC Generic Letter 89-07 related to contingency planning for surface vehicle bombs.
In that response, CPCo indicated that short-term actions to be taken in response to the Generic Letter have been identified and that the Safeguards Contingency Procedures will be modified as appropriate.
Your letter constitutes confirmation that you have taken action as requested. Therefore, this action item is considered complete.
