REQUEST FOR ADDITiONAL INFORMATION FOR CLOSEOUT OF IE BULLETIN 79.:.15 (TAC NO. 74541)
A review of our records indicates that IE Bulletin 79-15 110eep Draft Pump Deficiencies, 11 dated.July 11, 1979, has not been closed out for the one motor driven and two diesel driven Worthington fire protection and emergency cooling backup dual purpose pumps for your facility.
The following additional information is required for us to complete our review of this i~sue.
- 1.
The type and app 1 i cation of the pumps listed above.
- 2.
Drawings, sectional assemblies, and parts list of the subject pymps.
- 3.
Applicable P&IDs of the subject pumps (or P&ID Drawing numbers).
- 4.
Detailed maintenance history of the subject pumps. for the last 5 years.
- 5.
Testing requ*i rements, procedures, and r*es.ul ts for both hydraulic and vibration parameters in recent years for the subject pumps.
