The ADAMS No. that you referenced in your email (ML17150A001) was an Entergy slide presentation for a public meeting held on June 20, 2017.
On April 24, 2017 (ML17160A211), the NRC issued a public meeting notice for a pre-submittal meeting with Entergy regarding the plan for decommissioning licensing actions related to Palisades, Pilgrim, Indian Point, and Vermont Yankee. This public meeting, dated June 20, 2017, was noticed on the NRC public web page with the Entergy slide presentation. This public meeting, dated June 20, 2017, was open to the public and had an opportunity for the public to ask questions.
On July 28, 2017 (ML17173A767), the NRC issued a meeting summary for the public meeting, dated June 20, 2017.
All these documents are available to the public and were issued via ListServ.

I found Entergys Amendment Request Schedule (ML17150A001) by happenstance on the NRC website.
In the spirit of openness, the Town of Duxbury Nuclear Advisory Committee and Pilgrim Watch request to be on the server list of all documents that the NRC receives from or provides to Entergy or any other entity pertaining to Entergys Pilgrim Stations decommissioning process.
This request does not cover documents that you have received or sent in the past. But it does cover all documents that, in the future, are placed on Adams, and, whether on Adams, draft and final reports, correspondence, memoranda, notes, records of telephone contacts, electronic communications (including fax transmissions and Emails or Email attachments), or other written records, whether in paper or electronic form. If any portion of any document is within any FOIA exception, the request includes all other portions of the document.
We also request to be notified of any meetings pertaining to Pilgrims decommissioning, along with contact information for the meeting.
