This confirms a telephone conversation between Mr. D. Farrar of your staff and Mr. C. W. Hehl of my staff on March 10, 1986, in which it was confirmed that an Enforcement Conference will be held beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 1986 at the NRC 1s Region III Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss information regarding the lB auxiliary feedwater pump inoperability due to -having service water to the bearing oil cooler valved out.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
