Thank you for your letter of December 1, 1987, which included a copy of Consumers Power Company's scope and objectives for the Palisades Plant.annual emergency exercise scheduled for February, 1988.
We understand that this exercise will be unannounced to Consumers Power Company, the State of Michigan, and Van Buren, Allegan and Berrien Counties, all of whom are participating in the exercise.
We have reviewed the scope and objectives of the exercise as outlined in your letter and find them acceptable.
