NRC letter dated October 6, 1987 and entitled Miscellaneous Amendments/Search Requirements Palisades Plant (TAC #65273) requested Consumers Power Company to provide response to NRC comments on a proposed amendment to the Palisades Plant Physical Security Plan.
Discussions with the NRC reviewer Robert Skelton and the NRC Project Manager Thomas Wambach regarding engineering analysis on the secondary power supply systems for both the alarm annunciator equipment and non-portable communications equipment resulted in a verbal request for 30 days additional response time.
This letter documents our commitment to submit the requested response by December 14, 1987.
