RESPONSE TO INSPECTION REPORT 86-011 OPEN ITEM 50-255/86011-01, REVISION 1 Consumers Power Company letter dated July 10, 1986 responded to NRC Open Item 50-255/86011-01 by giving the results of the analysis of an unknown sample from the NRC.
During a review of the information submitted, an error in the reported activity of CS-137 for Activity Detector #2 was discovered.
