SNUBBER DRAG FORCE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA Kenneth W Berry Director Nuclear Licensing Attached are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) conformed copies of a request for change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The attached proposed change increas~s, from 1% to 2% of rated load, the acceptance criteria for mechanical snubber drag force (break away friction), based on the manufacturers confirmation of the appropriate value.
A check for $150'is attached, as required by 10CFR170.21.
