FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT (FSAR) UPDATE - CHAPTER 14, "SAFETY ANALYSIS," AND ADDITIONAL UPDATED INFORMATION - REVISION 1 J W Reynolds Executive Vice President Consumers Power Company letter dated 0 0ctober 17, 1985, submitted Revision 1 of the Palisades Plant FSAR Update in accordance with 10CFR50.7l(e).
As explained in our October 17, 1985 letter, a number of revisions and an original figure tqat was inadvertently omitted from Revision 0 of the FSAR Update were not included in that submittal, but would be submitted by the end of December 1985.:
Accordingly, enclosed are one (1) original and (12) twelve copies of Revision 1 of FSAR Update Chapter 14, "Safety Analysis," Chapter 5, Section 5.6, "Dynamic Effects of Pipe Rupture," and the organization charts in Chapter 12, "Conduct of Operations."
In addition, Revision 0 of Figure 10-2, Sh lA is included in the enclosure for insertion into the FSAR Update.
To the best of my knowledge, these revisions accurately incorporate all changes made to the Palisades Plant or to the Palisades Plan_t_' s prQ~edur_es as
- described in the* FSAR and all other applicable -information contained in the licensing submittals made to the NRC through April 1985.
