Palisades Plant Your letter dated March 27, 1985 responded to our telephone call on March 20, 1985 concerning problems identified with Exxon Nuclear LOCA-ECCS analysis of W~stinghouse plants for which Exxon provides reload fuel and supporting analyses. **You stated that the Exxon analyses for Palisades predate the introduttion of the multiplication factors and augmentation factqrs in the*
TOODEE2 computer code.
You also stated that the K factor was not employed in the analyses for Palisades but rather an axial ~hape sensitivity study was performed and was reported in Exxon report XN-NF 78-16.
This -was reviewed
_by the_ staff and accepted in approving the use* of Exxon fuel for reload.
On this basis we find that this issue is not applicable to Palisades Plant and consider* the matter closed.
