This refers to your letter concerning the implementation of the Nuclear Plant Admittance System (NUCPAS).
In that letter you requested we fill out the Consumers Power Company Unescorted Access Authorization Renewal Form 1302.
No such forms however were included in your letter and no forms were sent to us in resoonse to a call from Mr. James Creed of our office.
Since we still require unescorted access for the individuals shown on NUCPAS RPT-72 we are again requesting a copy of the form.
