3.2.2 All corrective action necessary to verify the instrument operable

  • shall be recorded on Attachment 3. If the instrument was found operable, write "Operable" in the comments section of Attachment 3.

3.2.3 Once the Chemistry Technician has successfully completed Attachment 3 and signed it off, it should then.be forwarded to the Radiological Chemistry Supervisor for review.

3.2.4 should be forwarded to the Document Control Center and retained for a period of five years.

3.3 PASM PANEL INSTRUMENTATION 3.3.1 The following calibrations are completed by the Instrument & Controls Department on PASM every refueling outage.

  • To do this the PAC System Activity Numbers are listed along with the specific areas in Step 3.3.1 and the PAC sheets include a step to notify the Plant Laboratory Supervisor-Radiological prior to work on the PASH panel.
