This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated M~rch 2p," 1984 forwarding a revised implementing schedule for the new volumet,ric intrusion detection system for the Palisades Plant.
While we recognize that there are unforeseen delays associated ~ith con-struction and installation activities, we are concerned over the elapsed time involved in completing *this upgrade.
We expect that there will not be.
any further requests for schedule slippage, and note that compensatory measures may be required if the project is not complete by. December 1986.
The enclosure to your ietter contains.Safeguards Infor~ation of a type_
specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is being withheld from public disclosure *.
