REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Attached are three (3) signed originals and thirty seven (37) conformed copies of a Request for Change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The proposed change would modify Section 1. 0, Definitions and portions of Section 6.0 Administrative Controls to reflect the reporting requirements of 10 CFR 50.73.
The proposed change is clarifying in nature and is being made at the request of the Commission. Therefore, no fee is required pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
