APR 1 0 1984 This confirms a telephone conversation between Mr. D. J. VandeWalle of your staff and Mr. D. Boyd of my staff on April 6, 1984, in which it was agreed that an e~forcement meeting between Consumers Power Company and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission would be conducted at 10:00 a.m.(CST) on April 27, 1984, at the NRC offices in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the recent overexposure at the Palisades Plant.
