FEB 3 1984 This confirms a telephone conversation between Mr. D. J. VandeWalle of your staff and Mr. M. M. Holzmer of this office on January 24, 1984, in which it was agreed that an Enforcement Conference between Consumers Power Company and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission will be conducted beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 24, 1984, at the Region III Offices in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this meeting is to review the circumstances surrounding the recent station blackout event at the Palisades Plant.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
