Consumers Power Company letter dated December 17, 1982 provided a status report of the Regulatory Performance Improvement Program (RPIP) and addressed how the requirements of the November 9, 1979 and March 9, 1981 Orders for Modification of License were being met.
As a result of the December 17, 1982 letter, a partial resc.ission of the March 9, 1981 Order was issued March 25, 1983.
This letter is requesting deletion of the requirements of the November 9, 1979 Order.
These requests are based upon the results of our RPIP with detailed discussion contained in Section II of the Change Request.
The proposed change is administrative in nature.
Therefore, a check in the amount of $1200.00 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, Class II change.
