PALISADES PLANT - PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST -

"EMERGENCY CORE COOLING SYSTEM" Attached are three (3) signed originals and thirty-seven (37) conformed copies of a Request for Change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.

The proposed change will remove the third (spare) high pressure safety injection pump from the emergency core cooling system description.

This pump (P-66C) will become part of the auxiliary f eedwater system.

The proposed change is administrative in nature.

Therefore,.a check in the amount of $1,200.00 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, Class II change.
