REQUEST FOR CHANGE TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Attached are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) conformed copies of a Request for Change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The requested change incorporates the requirements of periodic station battery service and performance discharge tests as proposed in Consumers Power Company letters dated March 31, 1982 and February 11, 1983.
Since the subject of this change has been extensively reviewed under Systematic Evaluation Program Topic VIII-3.A, this change is considered to be pro forma or administrative in nature.
Therefore, a check in the amount of
$1,200.00 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 (Class II).
