50-255/82-21), you requested that the NRC lift the Orders of November 9, 1979, and Harch 10, 1981,* based on the improved regulatory performance*
at Palisades.
In your letter to this office dated October 6, 1982, you requested that provisions A.l arid C of our March.9, 198f, Order be rescinded *. We have reviewed your requests and we will consider rescinding the Orders upon NRR approval of your November 12, 1982, Technical Specifi-cation change request relating to your. safety management function.
Discussions between our Senior Resident Inspector and the NRRLicensing Project Hanager indicate. that the NRR review of the Technical Specification change request is expected to*be completed by January 1983.
