This confirms a telephone cq ersation between Mr. D. P. Hoffman of your staff and Mr. D. c. Boyd off my staff on August 31, 1981, in which it was agreed that the next periodic meeting between Consumers Power.Company and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission would be conducted beginning at 10:00 a.m.
on September 22, 1981, at the Palisades site near Covert, Michigan.
The purpose of this meeting is to review the status of your ongoing program to improve the Tegulatory performance of the Palisades plant.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this mateer.
