Enclosed is a copy of our draft evaluation of the electrical, instrumentation and control aspects of Systematic Evaluation Program Topic VII-3, This report is a companion to our systems report forwarded by my letter dated November 5, 1980, and provides the reactor protection and electrical systems. reviews that were excluded from the systems review.
This evaluation and the systems evalua-tion you received previously constitute the staff's initial evaluation of this topic.
You are requested to examine the facts upon which the staff has based its evaluation and respond either by confirming that the facts are correct, or by identifying any errors. If in error, please supply corrected information for the docket.
