DOCUMENT CONTROL SYSTEM LISTING FOR BIG ROCK POINT AND PALISADES PLANT In our ireeting with the. SEP Owners Group on December 2, 1980, we indicated that we would provide for you a listing of all correspondence relating to your facility concerning the SEP.
Enclosed is the listing as of December l, 1980.
We feel that the attached.listing provides a reasonable basis upon which to determine plant status.
We have not perf orrred a thorough check of the 11 stings; therefore, some correspondence may be missing or misfiled while some others may not be appropriate to the topic.
If you are aware of any changes that should be made, please inform us.
We would also like your corrments concerning the usefulness of the system as a tool for tracking the status of SEP topics. If you feel the information is useful and would like to receive periodic copies of the report, please inform the project manager for your facility.
