This letter report is pursuant to correspondence from Alan Ford of the U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to Kevin Herbinson of SCE dated 2/7/83.

Authorization for SCE to participate in the California Marine Mammal Stranding Network.
There were no pinnipeds or turtles stranded at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) during 2017.
