ECCS CLAD SWELLING ANO RUPTURE (TASK NO.* B-47) - PALISADES PLANT ANO BIG ROCK POINT PLANT We have reviewed your response to our November 9,.1979 letter conce.rning those portions of your ECCS evaluation models, dealing with fuel cladding swelling and. incidence of rupture.
We find that you have adequately confinned the representations made in your behalf by your fuel supplier.
We, therefore, conclude that your response is acceptable and that no further action is necessary.
