no escort. required picture badges, as authorized by 10 CFR 73.55(d)(5),

September 3, 1980 The below listed individuals are likely to visit your facilities, on an announced or unannounced basis at any time, day or night, as frequently as two or more times per year, and are required to be provided permanent non-employee, no escort required picture badges as authorized by 10 CFR 73.SS(d) (5).
Consistant with normal escort requirements., these individuals may act as escort for other NRC personnel,. consultants and contractors.
