CHANGE REQUEST - REDEFINE "OPERABILITY" Attached are thr~e original and thirty-seven copies of a request for change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
NRC letter dated April 10, 1980 requested.all power reactor licensees to take specific actions to assure that the term ~Operability is appropriately applied to their plant.
The enclosed requested Technical Specifications apply
- directly to our Palisades Plant in an att~mpt to comply with your request.
The requested changes involve a single iss*ue; therefore, a check in the amount of $4,000 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR l70.22, Class III change.
