Our letter dated July 8, 1980, addressed Items 1 and 2 of the subject Bulletin with Items 3 and. 4 to be addressed upon completion of an eval-uation of releases compared. to 40 CFR 190 limits, from systems identified in Item l of our July 8, 1980, letter.

The results of the evaluation show that the limits of 40 CFR 190 and Appendix I would not be exceeded in case of heating boiler failure or tank rupture (DI water storage tank (T-939), utility storage water -ca.nk (T-91), primary water storage tank (T-81), and primary makeup water tank (T-90)).
