The attached table summarizes the system tests, initial test results,.
significant repairs made and post-repair test results.
The total leak rate from all pertinent systems was 18 ml/min.
Tests on these systems will be performed at a frequency of at least once per refueling outage.
All modifications discussed under NUREG Item 2.1.6a, with t:he exception of the 1/1/81 post-accident sampling syst:em, have been completed.
