The subject bulletin, transmitted by NRC letter dated May 9, 1980, requested Consumers Power Company to perform an extensive review of Palisades decay heat removal capabilities. Results from this review were to be submit~ed within 30 days.
The review requested by the subject bulletin has.been performed by an out-side consultant.
Due to the extensive nature of the bulletin's requests, the consultant's report was not received until June 9, 1980, and has yet to be reviewed in detail by Consumers Power Company.
A detailed review will be performed and the information requested by the subject bulletin will be submitted by June 3o, 1980.
