CONFIRMATORY ORDER FOR LICENSEE 1S RESPONSE TO IE BULLETIN 79-27 This is to inform the Commission that a Confirmatory Order is being issued on or about Apri 1 22, 1980, to Consumers *Power Company to *formalize the commitment from the licensee to respond to IE Bulletin 79-27.
This licensee has deferred the completion of the review beyond a previous commitment date of April 1, 1980.
The unit is currently in a refueling outage and has commftted to completion before resuming operations on or about May 1, 1980.
The content of tWis Order is s~milar to those identified in Enfor~ement Notificatiori 80-10.
