This refers to your letter to the Region III Director dated April 10, 1980, in which you described the Consumers Power Company's actions in response to the November 9, 1979, Order modifying License No. DPR-20.
In addition,.it refers to our review of these activities by personnel from our Region III office.
Our inspections of the activities pursuant to the Order of November 9, 1979, will be documented in IE Inspection Reports No. 50-255/79-22, No. 50-255/79-24, No.
50-255/80~02, and No. 50-255/80-06.
Our inspections have confirmed that the actions delineated in your April 10, 1980, letter have been accomplished and, as such, restart of the Palis.a.d_e_s __ N.us:Jear Plant is no longer restricted by the Order of November 9, 1979.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC 1*s 11Rules of Practice 11
, Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Commission's Public Document Room.
