This changE is requested to clarify the implementation of the Palisades Plant TP-chnical Specifications to plant operations with regard to shutdown margin requirements.
The proposed change involves an administrative issue; therefore, a check in che amo~nt of $1,200 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, Class II change.
