NOV 6 1979 This letter confirms an upcoming meeting between members of this office and tDembers of the Consumers Power Company staff. As discussed by Mr. Heishman and Mr. R. B. DeWitt the meeting will be held at the Palisades Plant at 9:00 *a.m. 011 November 7, 1979.
The purpose for this meeting is to discuss the regulatory performance of the Palisades Plant and particularly the recent breach of contain-ment integrity violation.
