1. Procedure AP 06-004, "Equipment Important to Emergency Response,"

Rev.8 The compensatory measures associated with instruments GTRE0059 and GTRE0060 described in step C.4 are revised to describe that Monitoring of the auxiliary (AUX) building area rad monitor (ARM) readings is being replaced with local radiation readings taken from the containment personnel hatch.

This change ensures accurate identification and implementation *of compensatory measures and restoration of equipment important to emergency response. The proposed change does not require a change to the Emergency Plan (AP 06-002) or the Emergency Action Levels (APF 06-002-01 );

therefore this change does not reduce the effectiveness of the of the WCGS RERP.

2. Form EPF 06-011-01, "Plant Team Brief," Rev. 5 The change provides enhanced guidance for timely dispatch and control of the plant teams. This change does not change any roles or reponsibilities assigned and does not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
