L REVIEW COMMITTEE QUORUM REQUIREMENTS PALISADES PLANT
. ENCLOSURE Technical Specifications which conform to the NRC position on review corrmittee actions are stated below:
QUORUM 6.5.1.5 The minimum quorum of the PRC necessary for the performance of the PRC responsibility and authority provisions of these technical specifications shall consist of the Chairman or his designated alternate and four members inc 1 ud i ng alternates.
QUORUM 6.5.2.6 The minimum quorum of the SARB necessary for the performance of.
the SARB review and audit functions of these technical specifications shall consist of the Chairman or his designated alternate and at least 4 SARB members including alternates.
No more than a minority of *the quorum shall have line responsibility for operation of the unit;

CORE ALTERATIONS. SUPERVISION PALISADES.PLANT ENCLOSURE Technical Specifications which confonn to the NRC position on supervision of core alterations are stated below:
