NUREG-0619, "BWR Feedwater Nozzle and Control Rod Drive Return Line Nozzle Cracking," requires that licensees submit a detailed report to the Commission discussing inspections of feedwater nozzles and control rod drive return line nozzles.
This report is required to be submitted within six months of completing an outage at which an inspection was performed.
The attachment to this letter provides the subject report which includes the results of inspections performed during Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Refueling Outage 13.
