In. the Matter of Tennessee Valley Authority Docket No. 50-260 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - UNIT 2 - AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MECHANICAL'NGINEERS (ASME), SECTION ZI, INSERVICE INSPECTION (ISI)
PROGRAM REVISION This letter provides for information, a revision to the BFN Unit 2, second ten year interval, ISI program in accordance with ASME Section XI, IWA-1400.
The code of record for the current interval is the 1986 Edition (no addenda) of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel
- Code,Section XI.
The enclosure to this letter contains an updated.
BFN Unit 2 ISI program which conforms to the 1986 Edition (no addenda) of the ASME Section XI Code, except where relief has been requested.
Program revisions included are:
Revised reporting of discrepancies from the Inspection Report to the Notification of Indication.
Disposition of indications will remain in accordance with the BFN site corrective action program.
Added a reference for the augmented enhanced visual examination of the Core Spray System piping creviced weld regions in accordance with the recommendations of l
