REPORT JANUARY THROUGH DECEMBER 1995 This letter provides an addendum to the BFN ARER for calendar year 1995.
The BFN ARER was submitted to NRC, in accordance with BFN Technical Specifications, Section 6.9.1.8, by TVA
- letter, dated March 21, 1996.
The addendum updates the Effluent and Waste Disposal Annual Report (page E2-20) by describing a late compensatory sample for the Raw Cooling Water System radiation monitor, which was inadvertently omitted in the original report.
The updated page is provided in the enclosure to this letter.
