UNIT 2 CYCLE 8 INSERV1CE INSPECTIONS AND REPAIR AND REPLACEMENTS
SUMMARY
REPORTS In accordance with paragraphs IWA-6220 and IWA-6230 of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel
- Code,Section XI, 1986 Edition, TVA is submitting the BFN Unit 2 summary reports for NRC review.
The summary reports are for inservice inspection, and repair and replacement activities for Unit 2 Cycle 8 from November 24,
- 1994, through April 24, 1996.
Additionally, TVA is including an update to the Unit 2 Cycle 6 inservice inspection report and corrections to the Unit 2 Cycle 6 repair and replacement report.
These reports were initially transmitted to NRC by TVA letter dated August 27, 1993.
Enclosure 1 contains BFN's Unit 2 inservice inspection summary reports for Code Class 1 and 2 pressure retaining components and their 'supports.
Enclosure 2 contains repair and replacement reports for Code Class 1 and 2 components and supports.
Additionally, Enclosure 3 provides an update to BFN's Unit 2 'Cycle 6 inservice inspection report.
Enclosure 4
provides a correction to NIS-2 Forms for two workplans submitted in the Unit 2 Cycle 6 repair and replacement data report.
