- Code,Section XI, 1986 Edition, BFN Unit 2, cycle 6, ISI summary reports are provided for NRC review.
Enclosed are Unit 2, cycle 6, ISI summary reports that contain historical records of the BFN Code Classes 1 and 2 equivalent components for:
(1) ISI nondestructive examinations that were performed June 28, 1991 through June 3,
- 1993, Enclosure 1.
(2)
Repairs and replacements that were performed from June 28, 1991 through June 3,
- 1993, Enclosure 2.
Additionally, Enclosure 3
contains a listing of pump and valve inservice tests performed from June 28, 1991 through June 3,
1993, for those ASME Code Class 1, 2, and 3 components, non-Code Class components and an accounting of the preservice inspection examinations performed for Class 1 and Class 2 components.
