FOR SEVERE ACCIDENT VULNERABILITIES - SCHEDULE FOR SUBMITTAL OF SEISMIC EVALUATION REPORTS This letter provides a revised schedule for the submittal of the Seismic Evaluation Reports that summarize the results of the A-46 and seismic IPEEE programs for BFN Units 2 and 3.
The current commitment date is being rescheduled to June 28, 1996.
This date has been discussed with the NRC Project Manager for BFN.
The current commitment date for submittal of the Seismic Evaluation Reports for BFN Units 2 and 3 is March 19, 1996.
Development of this schedule was, in part, based on an assumed relay population.
The actual relay population was greater than the assumed.
Therefore, additional time is needed to complete the relay evaluations.
- Also, BFN Unit 2 will enter the cycle 8 refueling outage on March 22, 1996.
Plant resources currently assigned to the A-46 and seismic IPEEE programs are needed to support outage activities.
