indicated that the Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation Quality Assu'rance Program Topical Report for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station operations (NMPC QATR-1) would be fully effective for all Quality Assurance activities for Nine Mile Point Unit 2 after the performance of the 100-hour warranty run.
