Dear Mr. Eisenhut:

Niagara Mohawk's letter of March 16, 1982 regarding the control of heavy loads indicated that information required in Section 2.2 and Section 2.3 of enclosure 3 to your December 22, 1980 letter would be submitted by May 1, 1982.

Due to the current outage at Nine Mile Point Unit 1 and the associated manpower requirements, additional time will be needed to complete our heavy loads analysis.

Therefore, submittal of information addressing Sections 2.2 and 2.3 of your December 22, 1980 letter will be delayed until August 1, 1982.
